RF-Access: Barrier-Free Access Control Systems with UHF RFID

چکیده

Traditional RFID-based access control systems use flap barriers to help manage pedestrian and block unauthorized staff at any entrance, which requires visitors swipe their cards individually wait for the opening of blocking body, resulting in low-frequency even congestion places with large passenger flow. This paper proposes a barrier-free system (RF-Access) UHF RFID technology. The main advantage RF-Access is that it provides non-intrusive by removing operations swiping card. just go across without stay entrance. Meanwhile performs authentication, greatly improves time efficiency quality service. addresses two key issues control: motion direction detection illegal intrusion detection. In RF-Access, we first propose dual-antenna setup together time-slot-based model monitor users’ moving directions, robust different environmental factors, such as multi-path effects. Afterwards, tag array detect case attackers do not carry tags. We implement prototype commercial devices. Extensive experiments show our can 99.83% accuracy an 96.67%.

DCSK Multi-Access Scheme for UHF RFID System

DCSK modulation in chaos communication is a robust non-coherent modulation scheme. In this paper, the multiple-access DCSK scheme based on the OVSF code is proposed. Using the multiple-access DCSK scheme in RFID system, a DCSK-RFID system is presented. In the presented DCSK-RFID system, we use the DCSK for tag modulation for its low complexity and the simple receiver of the DCSK scheme is appli...

RFID Multiple Access Methods

Abstract Due to their limitless possibilities and low cost, RFID systems are powerful object identi cation tools well-suited in everyday applications. When attempting to identify multiple RFID tags from densely populated elds within the shortest timeframe possible, the typical design characteristics of RFID systems lead to a problematic lack of adequate resources to e ciently do so. After a bri...

Interference Analysis of Uhf Rfid Systems

In this paper, RFID reader-to-reader interference is analyzed from the point of view of interrogation range. To evaluate RFID interference quantitatively, the new figure-of-merit, interrogation range reduction ratio (IRRR), is defined. In order to show the usefulness of IRRR, its value is calculated in various environments. Additionally, the calculated IRRR values are verified by measurements u...
